I personalize my integrative approach, using Attachment-Focused EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Process as my primary approaches. I respect and incorporate many intersections of clients' identities and strengths.

I use humor when appropriate and don't assign random "homework" just because in therapy - I do however recommend activities, books, and podcasts for use in between sessions when appropriate and specific to a client's goals.
