I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. It is retraining our mind in the sense of how do I take life's lemons and make some lemonaide.
Map your parts, hear the fears and stories of parts keeping you stuck, and help your wounded parts heal. We will utilize existing strengths and resources and build upon them. We will determine and clarify your personal values and goals for therapy.

My approach is based in Internal Family Systems or parts work, which means every part of you and your partner(s) are welcome. Our relationship is collaborative, strengths-based, and a safe place in which significant growth and healing can happen.
