Sessions tend to focus on reducing or eliminating emotional pain or self doubt by fostering a sense of curiosity. By exploring the source of your discomfort you will rediscover your strengths and rediscover your sense of self confidence.

I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which involves identifying what you want in life and how you want to show up for yourself and others. We work on viewing thoughts and feelings as information rather than as driving forces.
