I consider there to be two paths to therapy; first: exploring, processing, and developing insight into your patterns and programming, and second: learning skills, tools and strategies to cope in the moment. We will tackle both!

My approach is pragmatic and compassionate. I want you to leave a session with something new meaning perspective, things to try, or a different way of seeing yourself. I also use EMDR and a somatic approach to help you connect your mind and body.
