Together we will be discussing feeling overwhelmed with life situations ( home, school, work, health, family) or just starting a new project. We will also work on identifying and learning how to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma.

I use a combination of various therapeutic approaches such as CBT and MI to address the identified needs and develop an action plan to improve overall life while decreasing symptoms.
