My biggest takeaway from therapy was how crucial the therapeutic relationship is; so much more work, growth, and healing can be done when you feel safe with your therapist, when you feel they really see you and understand you.

I believe trust is the foundation of everything. My main job as a therapist is to help you build trust in me and the process. If you don't trust me, then you won't tell me very much. If you don't tell me much, we won't get much accomplished.
