I believe trust is the foundation of everything. My main job as a therapist is to help you build trust in me and the process. If you don't trust me, then you won't tell me very much. If you don't tell me much, we won't get much accomplished.

My approach is based on providing a nonjudgemental space to be messy, heard, and cared for. I stand with you as we explore some of the most challenging things in your life currently or in the past. I offer insight and grace in the therapy process.
