My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and holistic. I integrate components of DBT, CBT, IFS, and Somatic-Based therapies, while focusing on the whole person (physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual).

What sets me apart is that I'm a combat veteran and trauma survivor. I struggled in ways like too many of us do. That's why this isn't "Just a job" for me. I get it, and I can meet you where you are because I've walked in those shoes myself.
