I use eclectic therapy approaches that are based on the needs of the client. Mental Health is not a "one size fits all" rather it is tailored to the client based on presenting symptoms, goals and circumstance.

I use a strengths-based approach when working with individuals. I have an additional focus on Men's Issues related to Infidelity, sexual dysfunction, and sex/porn addiction. I offer evening hours after 8:30pm-11pm CST.
