My approach is 1st and foremost we can talk about what you want/need to talk about. When people want some fast effective progress we can work at exploring the reasons why they do what they do. I also like to use relaxation techniques.

My approach combines Gestalt, Narrative, Experiential and trauma-focused counseling. I take the time to individualize treatment based on my client's needs and walk with my clients through all steps of the therapy process.
