I diagnose using interviews and questionnaires, and prescribe medications for your symptoms. Regular therapy is crucial. Currently, I can't prescribe controlled meds due to telehealth limitations.

I come from a Person-Centered approach, meaning that I view the client as the expert on their own experiences. I prefer to let the client guide the session. I might have things to say here and there, but I start out by listening intently.
