A client's therapy is individually tailored to their needs. I take a Humanistic approach to therapy, utilizing Person-Centered, CBT, Trauma-Informed, and Solution-Focused theories. My therapy lens also includes System theories.

For couples' therapy, my duty is to help enable a conversation, provide referee-ing, and provide relevant education; but for the most part, its about having the couple talk to each other and I only speak up when necessary.
