My approach includes techniques from Collaborative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I am always learning and researching new areas of counseling for my clients.

I use a Solution-Focused approach, this approach allows us to discover what your desired outcome is in therapy. Your desired outcome is the change you're hoping to accomplish. From there we can explore the available pathways to achieve that change.
