My approach is not a one size fits all so I tend to use skills from counseling methods that research suggests will work best given the particular challenge a person is experiencing

While I listen/reflect as any good therapist or coach would, I'm not passive. Clients tell me that I really challenge them to think critically about the choices they're making and whether those choices are really giving them the life they want.
