My clients are folks who are often perceived as different, or feel isolated and stressed by the demands of daily living. Together we will find strategies to provide you with a sense of ease while navigating life with more strength and confidence.
My goal and hope in working together is two-fold. On the short term, I'd like to help you improve your mood, instill hope, and to ease any symptoms you may be experiencing related to depression, stress, anxiety, trauma and so forth.

My theoretic approach is based on the belief that you are the expert of your own life and is fully in charge of the counseling experience. By working together, you will learn the aspects of your life that you can control and what you cannot.

I approach therapy from a relational standpoint. What matters most to me is meeting you where you are at, crossing bridges that once felt intimidating, and making room for whatever brings a sense of goodness to your life.
I ask clients, “if you had a magic wand how would you use it to change your life?” Responses highlight the gap between what men want and what they have. I help you navigate this gap by identifying/addressing barriers to creating the life you want.
