I like to incorporate mindfulness into my practice. We can definitely focus only on talking, but I'm also an Expressive Art Therapist. Using art, music, writing, drama, and movement is something that has been helpful for my clients as well.
Together we will explore:
We will explore ways to cope and manage the symptoms you're facing right now and work towards overcoming them.
I specialize in working with people who:
People who are facing anxiety, depression, or issues with self-esteem.
I became a therapist because:
I wanted to know how to help people do and be more of what they wanted less of what isn't serving them anymore.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
It's really a beautiful and serene environment. Heights Haven is beautifully decorated and maintained, confidential, and relaxing.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
Be out in nature...when it's not too hot or being with my family and friends. I also really love my creative outlets. It keeps me inspired.
More about me:
I would like for us to keep communication open in therapy. I believe an honest therapeutic relationship is key!
