discuss forming or maintaining relationships, addressing worries and life choices, talking about anxiety or depression, or addressing any issues with sexuality. Whatever you want to discuss in therapy is what we will discuss. The choice is up to you!

I specialize in working with people who:

have a constant desire to please others and lack healthy boundaries, suffer from excessive anxiety or guilt, causing worries and dissatisfaction in their relationships; and want to explore their sexuality or alternative lifestyles like kink or CNM.

I became a therapist because:

to help improve the lives of those like myself with a life history of trauma, pleasing others with weak boundaries, guilt, and strained relationships.
