I create a compassionate and healing environment for my clients, where I listen attentively and think carefully about their well-being.

People will get to discuss what brought them to therapy and what they want to change. We don’t just talk about goals - I also provide clients with the skills to get there. Common themes include self-esteem, ending self-criticism, life transitions etc

I am encouraging, a good listener and strive to provide at a safe space at every visit for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

I enjoy, but am not limited to, working with clients 18+ with anxiety and depression and couple’s issues. A special interest of mine is working with neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD.

I had my own struggles growing up, as do most people. Going to therapy was one of the best choices I have ever made in my life.

I support OMH’s holistic perspective of looking whole person, not just at the reason a client is coming to therapy. OMH providers are generalist however Some providers at Open Mind Health offer more specialized treatments such as EMDR therapy.
