Hi, I’m Anna Hadlock. Life can feel fast-paced and full of demands, and managing our own and our families’ busy lives while navigating challenges and transitions can leave us feeling off balance. I believe that even in the midst of stress and uncertainty, we all have the capacity to reconnect with what brings us joy, creativity, and purpose.

I specialize in stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, social media addiction, self-esteem, and sleep issues, and I also work to empower at-risk youth through counseling and teaching art in underserved communities. In my roles, I guide individuals to find their self-expression, creativity, community, and personal fulfillment.

Together, we’ll explore strategies that work for you and create a safe, supportive space for growth and resilience. I work with clients ages 12–64, helping them thrive in their daily lives.
