Hi, I’m Cassandra Ambe. My practice is liberation-oriented, cultural-relational, and somatically informed. I’m level one trained in Internal Family Systems, and my therapeutic approach is uniquely enriched by a lifelong study of dramatherapy and Narradrama modalities, which began long before my graduate studies at California State University, Northridge.

I’ve cultivated my expertise over two years as a trainee and associate at the renowned nonprofit Friendly House Los Angeles, where I served as a primary therapist conducting individual, group, and multi-family therapy to support female-identified clients in addiction recovery.

I’m deeply committed to supporting clients facing challenges with addiction, trauma, depression, grief, and anxiety. My goal is to create a safe, trustworthy space where clients can make sense of their experiences, let their stories be known, and allow their truest selves to be seen, accepted, and respected.
