I believe that each individual is unique and benefits from their own unique intervention that works for who they are. However, I do operate generally from a Person Centered, Narrative, and Attachment Based approach. I also favor Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I will pull from other approaches as necessary, as is appropriate for each client.

I work through a trauma-informed lens to create a safe, uplifting space. Life is a journey of deserts and mountains—at times desolate, other times full of life. It can be hard to navigate alone. I'm here to walk with you on your path toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

n my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, reading, and watching a mindless show I look forward to meeting with you and helping to work alongside you as you create goals for change!

I primarily work with clients of all age ranges with trauma and PTSD, life changes, self-esteem challenges, anxiety, OCD, and relationship issues.

I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Social Work. I have an APCC, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I completed my internship at a local domestic violence agency. I have a certificate in Domestic Violence Training and Batterer’s Intervention.
