want to deepen their sense of identity and increase self-esteem, navigate life transitions, sustain recovery from substance use disorders and disordered eating, and manage anxiety and depressive disorders, and ADHD.

If you come in for in person therapy, the music in the waiting room is always calming, and tea/water (therapy essentials) are provided if you desire.
