My approach is tailored to each client and what they bring in. I use mindfulness to help clients slow down and notice what they're thinking and feeling. I invite clients to try on new coping skills and challenge them to try something different. I won't tell you what to do but instead support you in finding the answers that work for your life.

Together we will hold space for all of your different parts. By relating to ourselves and others in different ways we can experience life with more joy and harmony. It would be an honor to support you.
