I meet people where they are, knowing that grief looks different for everyone. My goal is to create a warm, understanding space where clients can be open about their emotions without judgment or pressure to “move on.” Together, we work to make sense of the loss, honor what was lost, and begin rebuilding trust in themselves and in life.

We will create space to honor your loss, explore the emotions that come with it, and begin to understand what healing looks like for you. We’ll work at your pace to rebuild balance, strengthen self-compassion, and find meaning and hope in the midst of change. My role is to walk alongside you, supporting and helping you rediscover steadiness and connection.

My clients describe me as warm, genuine, gentle, and bold. They often say I create a space where they feel safe to be themselves and share openly. I’m known for being compassionate and easy to talk to, while also offering honest insight and gentle challenges that encourage growth and healing throughout their journey.

I specialize in working with people who are navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward after something painful has changed their lives. I help them process their emotions, make sense of their experiences, and slowly rebuild connection, meaning, and hope in the midst of change.

Personal experiences with loss and growth inspired me to help others find healing and hope in their own stories. I also want to empower my community with the language and knowledge that I once didn’t have, so more people can understand their emotions, and know they’re not alone in what they’re feeling.
