Our clinical space will be filled with self compassion so that we can integrate your mind, body, and soul in healing relationships with your own body and others. Through my lived experience as a fat POC, I welcome conversations about intersectionality and systemic oppression.

We will explore safety in the body, grounding, expressing complex thoughts/feelings, family dynamics and patterns that may or may not serve you anymore. My hope is that you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, celebrate who you are, and recognize the tools you have to support your wellness.

Folx often describe me as warm, understanding, humorous and patient. My clients are welcome to move their body, use fidgets or self soothing items during session to meet their needs. Clients appreciate the mutual respect and patience in building a trusting therapeutic relationship.
