I’ve always felt a deep calling to support others through life’s most difficult moments. From a young age, I was drawn to listening, empathizing, and being present with people during their struggles. Over time, this natural inclination evolved into a purpose-driven passion to help individuals reclaim their lives after pain, trauma, or hardship.

I offer heart-centered therapy that blends evidence-based tools with holistic healing to support your journey toward clarity, balance, and self-discovery. I earned my BA in Psychology from Cal State Long Beach and my Masters in Social Work from Cal State Dominguez Hills. I am trained in sound healing and breathwork.
