I think people are wonderful, fascinating, and complex and I love to get to know you. I believe we all need support and wouldn't thrive at a desk job!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in person sessions in the Sunnyside neighborhood or via telehealth. I work with whatever is most comfortable for you!

More about me and my practice:

I have a master's level clinical intern who works with me to provide low fee therapy and who also accepts Cigna insurance. I also have two provisionally licensed therapists in my practice who accept Cigna.
