We'll explore how you feel about yourself, your relationships with others, and any stresses in your life. We will explore topics including healthy boundaries, coping skills, self esteem, relationships, trauma responses, and burnout.

I have therapists who work for me in my counseling collective that offer lower fee sessions and also accept Kaiser insurance.
