As an Asian American with immigrant parents, I recognize the complexities of being a minority, navigating intersectionality, and understanding your cultural identity. I am a trauma-informed therapist and I believe in the idea that lived experiences often live in your body and everyday triggers create behaviors that may impact you and your relationships.

Together, we can help heal and grow by bringing understanding to the triggers, unhealthy patterns and behaviors that may hinder you from being your best self. We can identify childhood/generational trauma and attachment styles to bring awareness and words to your feelings that you have been struggling with for all these years.
