Are ready for change, have been interested in the growth or change process on their own or in past therapy but maybe just didn't find the therapist or tools that are the right approach for them.

I became a therapist because:

I had an amazing, impactful therapist who helped me & showed me that I am capable of overcoming my past traumas & I do not have to be defined by it.

I offer telehealth which is incredibly easy to use & helpful since I am licensed in 3 states, & incredibly accessible.
