Relaxed, warm, accepting, validating, supportive, real, empowering, "not a typical therapist", and creative
Something to know about my approach is:
I offer a combination of Trauma-Informed Talk Therapy, Art therapy, and Nature-Based Therapy. Engaging our bodies and brains in different ways helps process and manage stress, and provides different forms of emotional connection and expression.
Together, we will:
Go on a journey to learn about your grief or trauma. Learn ways for you to cope, heal, and thrive. With loss, we'll create ways for you to stay connected to your loved one. And of course identify your goals and learn effective ways to reach them.
I specialize in working with people who:
have experienced grief or trauma; whether recent or years ago.
I became a therapist because:
I know what it’s like for life to change in an instant and draw on my own lived experiences with grief, trauma, and healing to journey with my clients
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer a discreet office-studio setting with walking trails and relaxing water views
