Therapy is an incredible tool for anyone searching to foster insight, growth, overall well-being, & change. It can be an intimidating journey, so my initial goal is to create a comfortable, trusting, and collaborative relationship with clients

It is hard to shock your therapist. Clients come in talking about everything from frustrations with family and friends to career and relationship goals, to significant trauma. Nothing is off limits in the therapy space.

I am compassionate and strengths-based, yet also interactive and direct. I bring humor into the room as appropriate and tailor approach to the client.

Our practice works with clients who may experience depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual health concerns, grief, and many other mental health concerns. That said, you don't need to be in crisis or have a mental health concern to benefit from therapy!

I am naturally curious and find the human experience fascinating. And it is a gift for people to trust me with their vulnerable parts!

I see clients in person in Capitol Hill DC but also offer telelhealth services to clients in MD, VA, WA, FL, and NY

My clinicians have varying areas of specialities. We are all generalists but have focus areas in EMDR, iRest, Sex Therapy, LGBTQ+ clients, IFS, ACT and various trauma approaches.
