I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, women’s issues, relationship challenges (including healing from past relationships), caregiver stress, and grief. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can explore these concerns, find healing, and build resilience.

I became a therapist because I deeply care about supporting others through their challenges and healing journeys.
