We will walk this path called life together. In life there are many up’s and downs and I will be your cheerleader to help you get back up. We will make sure you believe in yourself and achieve what your heart desires plus more :)

I specialize in working with people who:

Suffer from depression, anxiety, past trauma, substance use, life stressors, self-esteem, and adjustment. As well as people who are new to parenting, trying to become more healthy, fitness, nutrition, and holistic therapy.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help as many people as I could. Seeing people struggle with mental health & life stressors; I wanted to help others believe there is hope.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It doesn’t matter where you are; we are a video call away. Life is challenging enough; therapy doesn’t have to be one of them.

I meet people where they are in life. Virtual therapy has been successful in so many ways and allows people the freedom to be right in the comfort of their home, on vacation, or at work. We can also meet in the community if living within St. Luice.
