I have worked in the mental health field my entire career and with various populations including homeless veterans, Native Americans, and underserved populations across rural areas of Arizona.

After our first session, we’ll create short- and long-term goals based on your needs. My hope is that you feel heard, respected, and validated. Therapy can be challenging, but with time, you’ll reflect on your growth and feel stronger, more resilient, and better overall.
