I place an emphasis on connection, constructive discomfort, clarity, and courage. My goal is to walk with you on your journey and to grow awareness.

Something to know about my approach is:

I will ask of you only what is safe to explore. As we develop a relationship I will be more direct in the way that I ask questions and pull out themes that I notice. I use several different modalities to find what works best for us.

Clear the riff raff of our minds which will help heal issues in communication, understanding, anxiety, and depression. Our goal is to develop relationships with these different parts of ourselves through curiosity, and compassion to empathy.

I specialize in working with people who:

experience anxiety, communication issues, depression, grief, but often have underlying issues in attachment, abuse or trauma. Therapy is a way to find our interconnected parts and how we relate to ourselves and others.

I became a therapist because:

when I was a teenager I started seeing a therapist due to depression. I wanted to be that person who my therapist was to me.
