I specialize in working with people who:

-Are struggling with depression, anxiety, or chronic stress/burnout -Are having difficulty TTC/undergoing IVF or experienced pregnancy loss. -Are a postpartum mom struggling with depression/anxiety, birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, or OCD.

I became a therapist because:

I truly can’t see myself doing anything else. My goal is for you to end every session with a new insight and/or new intervention/skill to try.
