I believe that key aspects of therapy are the willingness to change, to have difficult conversations and to be open. I provide CBT skills, talk therapy, psychoeducational approaches as well as using tools such as homework and actionable changes.

I do my best to meet my clients where they are at. We will discussed family, friendship and relationships. Also, work/school performance, self-care, and develop insight into current problems. Clients will get a wide variety and personalized approach.

As a therapist, I believe in transparency and accountability. I challenge clients to a greater potential while remaining caring and empathetic.
