I work closely with adolescents, adults, the LGBTQ+/BIPOC communities, as well as with parents navigating their children's mental health needs. My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating safety, empathy, understanding, strengths, humor and a genuine desire to help you achieve a sense of peace and well-being.

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These therapeutic modalities form the foundation of my practice, allowing me to tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
