I have found that it works best if our sessions flow like a conversation, with me integrating evidenced-based interventions and strategies to help my clients manage and/or alleviate the symptoms that they're dealing with. I aim to provide a warm environment where I balance the tough topics with getting to know all of who my client is as a person.

Develop a more compassionate inner voice, help you identify your triggers and place where you get stuck, teach you skills to manage stress, and provide you with tools to help you better your relationship with yourself and others.

At this time, I have a special interest in providing therapy for mothers because I know how isolating it can feel when your experience of motherhood doesn't match your expectations or society's ideals. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where mothers can explore their feelings, embrace their strengths, and redefine what motherhood means to them.

Therapy helped me my process my past and figure out how to cope with present stressors. This allowed me to move forward with more peace and confidence - I'm here to help you do the same.

To no one's surprise, anxiety, depression, and C-PTSD makes being a "good" mother, wife, sibling, friend, and the difficult. I say that to say, whether you're struggling to balance it all, grieving a version of motherhood you never experienced, or simply need a safe space, I'm here for it!
