My goal with each client is to do all I can to know them for who they truly are and what it is like for them in their life. Clients describe this therapeutic experience as safe, comforting, cathartic, empowering, insight generating and clarifying.

The aim of therapy is to create in the client a state of high self knowledge, self acceptance, compassion for self all leading to a consistent sustainable experience of well-being within one's self and in relation to others.

I partner with clients to be an understanding companion on their trip of exploration toward the relief and increased well-being they desire.

I specialize in helping people who find themselves stuck in patterns of thought feeling and behavior that are no longer working for them leaving them feeling anxious, depressed, tired and alone. Together we find the clients way forward in their life.

I believe that each person is important. I became a therapist because I want to be helpful to others while also growing myself as an individual.

I offer therapy in a comfortable, cozy, private setting where the client can feel safe as we work together to create positive durable change.

The best part for me is learning about my clients, understanding them, and being a witness to their growth and change the most moving of which is their increased acceptance of self, and a new or renewed commitment to caring for themselves.
