I use evidence-based practices like CDT, DBT Mindfulness and Trauma-informed care. I’ll meet you where you are, support your pace, and gently challenge you to move toward the life you want, even when it feels hard.

Together we will work through the complexities of life challenges, whether that involves overwhelming emotions, relationship struggles, trauma, or finding a sense of direction. I will support you in gaining insight, developing coping skills. You don’t have to go through it alone—we’ll take each step together.
