My approach will always begin with being trauma informed. From there I will pull from different modalities including CBT, gestalt, working with the nervous system and person centered therapy to meet the client where they are at.

I have experience working with people with many different goals in therapy. I have worked with adults, parents, children, and teens who all have had a unique set of goals and discussion points.

I put relationship at the forefront of my therapeutic work, creating a safe, non-judgemental space for the client.
