I was inspired to become a therapist after seeing the positive impact therapy had on my brother, motivating me to offer similar support to others.

I use humor to make therapy approachable for young clients, encourage journaling for emotional processing, and start sessions with "rose and thorn" to discuss highs and challenges. I let clients guide the session’s tone for a supportive experience.
