Therapy work is not one size fits all, and I have multiple modalities of treating each symptom based on your unique experiences. Understanding the “why” of a condition can help get to the “how” and make it feel less daunting.

Therapy is like exercising your body. Consider me your personal trainer! My clients can accomplish as much in therapy as they are willing to strive to achieve. My job is to help motivate and cultivate that willingness towards better mental health.

My clients often have a history of sexual assault and other traumas. Their struggles manifest due to outside events stripping them of a part of themselves. By meeting clients where they are, offering a safe and secure space, healing begins.

My path began in childhood and evolved into adulthood. I suffered from depression as a child and later from PTSD as the result of a sexual assault.
