I work with young adults and adults facing anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship issues, helping them explore how identity, family history, and past experiences shape their lives and find connection and fulfillment.
I became a therapist to help individuals heal intergenerational trauma, promote collective healing, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
I feel most grounded when I find movement on a yoga mat or pick up a paint brush. I invite my clients to explore whatever calming practices speak to them so we can build a holistic self-care practice that speaks to their uniqueness and individuality.
