My ideal client is someone who struggles to identify the source of their discomfort, feels anxiety at their job, has difficulty communicating with their partner, and struggles to navigate the many decisions that come with being an adult.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been inspired to help those who need it most and enjoy offering peace and comfort while those around me pursue change.

More about me and my practice:

I am a black woman and an immigrant. I practice yoga and meditation and strive to operate from a peaceful and centered place. I have volunteered my time with a school-based organization that works to empower girls and young women.
