I have extensive experience working with people who are undergoing sadness, depression, and anxiety. I help people who have difficulties expressing anger appropriately or who might have some substance use issues.

Becoming a therapist was a good fit for me.

I really enjoy what I do. I like helping others rediscover their strengths, show they are resilient, they are capable of succeeding, that they have skills that might be forgotten that need to be reclaimed.
