I specialize in working with people who:

I work with adults, age 21 to 45 and families who have experienced life-altering events, are experiencing feelings of anxiety/depression and are overwhelmed. They have to start over and re-invent themselves, but may not know where they want to begin.

I became a therapist because:

I chose to become a therapist to help those in emotional pain, to support those who have to decide what to do in the next phase of their lives.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

All sessions are virtual, from the comfort of your home. This may be a benefit to those who would rather go home, rather than travel to an office.
