Many of my clients are moving through symptoms of anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, or PTSD. Others are going through periods of adjustment and transition, or possibly grief and loss.

I became a therapist because:

My desire to become a therapist grew out of my own experience of reaching out for help when I needed it most.
