I have wanted to be a therapist since age 9. Negative therapy experiences led me to work to ensure all are treated with kindness and respect.

I use both traditional techniques and expressive forms of therapy that allow access to all parts of the brain to heal. I believe art and movement therapies provide a different perspective leading to greater insight.
